Maryland General Assembly Page program


The Maryland General Assembly is seeking high school seniors with an interest in government to participate in the legislature’s student page program during the 2012 legislative session (January-April).

 

Each selected page will serve two nonconsecutive weeks in either the House of Delegates or the State Senate.  During the thirteen weeks of session, each page will serve one week during the first eight weeks and return for his/her second week during the last five weeks.  The program is open to students in

 

The deadline for applications is next Wednesday, October 26, and all the program information and applications for Montgomery County students are available at http://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/departments/studentaffairs/sao/page/. 

 

If you know any high school seniors who might be interested, I hope you will forward this information along to them.
